Terms and Conditions

Casa do Beco assumes that any established contact presupposes, on the part of the client, the knowledge and acceptance of the general conditions that we apply to our operation.

Our General Conditions are as follows:

1. Information requests

Information requests from the client and their response by Casa do Beco are not binding and may be changed at any time without prior notice.

2. Booking Confirmation

The Booking process is done in two steps: after a booking is made through our website, it will be confirmed by email with the payment details. The confirmation is only completed after confirmation of the proper payment for the stay, which will also be confirmed by email. Payment must be made by bank transfer. If there is no payment within 48 hours, the booking is cancelled.

3. Booking Changes

Changes to the dates of a booking must be made up to 48 hours before the check-in date and are always subject to Casa do Beco's availability.

4. Stay Cancellation

Cancellation of the stay at Casa do Beco is free when made up to 7 days before the check-in date, in which case the full amount paid is refunded. If the cancellation is made after this period, one third of the total booking value will be charged.

5. Bookings made through External Sites

Bookings made through external channels are subject to the policies in force on the sites where the booking was made.

6. Guests

Casa do Beco prepares its space taking into account the characteristics of the booking; therefore, the number of guests present for the stay must be the same as foreseen in the booking.

7. Check-in and Check-out

Casa do Beco does not have a 24/7 reception service and the In/Out rules follow this schedule:

Check-IN: from 16:00 — Check-OUT: until 11:00

Any situation outside this rule must be previously requested to Casa do Beco, as well as the extra fees to be paid.
